Viewing your bill and notices online is a fast and secure way to receive your Business Rates bill and notices. You can also make changes to your account.

How do I register?

You can register for paperless at any time. 

1) Go to

Sign in or Register for a Business Rates MyAccount

2) Scroll down and click 'Apply for paperless billing'

3) Opt-in for paperless by completing details.

No further paper bills or notices will be produced. 

What happens next

If you’ve correctly followed the steps above, we will send you an email notification when a new or amended bill or notice is available to view.

Please make sure that you have registered for a MyAccount, as this is how you will view your bill / notice online.

It's important to tell us if you change your email address. If it is not valid, you will receive a paper bill or notice.

If you move elsewhere within the district, there is no need to re-register. Just make sure to update the address on your account.
