Report a missing bin
Before reporting that your bin is missing or lost, please check that a neighbour has not taken it by mistake. Please also check that your bin has not been left somewhere else on your road.
In some circumstances, there may be a charge of £47.00 to replace a missing refuse (general rubbish) bin.
We will aim to deliver a replacement bin as soon as possible. However, during busy periods this could take up to 5-6 weeks.
Replacement bins will be clean and useable, but they may not be brand new.
Please ensure that all bins are clearly labelled with the property's number/name, to help prevent them going missing.
If you reported that your bin was missing, but it's now been found, please email Waste Services. We will then cancel delivery of the replacement bin.
