Report a damaged bin
If your bin is damaged, such as a broken lid or missing wheel, then we can repair the bin free of charge.
If the bin cannot be fixed, we will replace it. All replacement bins will be clean and useable, but they may not be new.
Once you have reported a damaged bin, please leave the bin out and accessible, so our repair operative can access it.
We will aim to repair or replace a damaged bin as soon as possible. However, currently this could take up to 5-6 weeks.
If you are able to, please continue to use the bin as normal until fixed or replaced.
