Don't forget your Voter ID
If you are voting in person in the General Election on Thursday 4 July, you will need to take an accepted form of photo ID with you.
A healthy selection of half term activities is on offer for children across Babergh and Mid Suffolk as the district councils help to support families during the school break.
From arts and crafts to soccer schools, dance classes to adventure days, there’s something for every child to enjoy. There are even activities for the whole family to get involved with, such as family swim sessions or cooking in the park classes.
Activities are running from Tuesday, 28 May to Friday, 31 May, as part of a programme funded and coordinated by the district councils.
Free places are reserved for those who receive free school meals or those otherwise in need, but most sessions are also available to be booked for a small fee. Lunch is included by most, but not all, activity providers, so parents and carers will need to check what their child needs to bring ahead of time.
Families can select their chosen activities through the new booking system, Eequ. A full timetable of events, along with additional information, can be found on the Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council websites.
