Our Customer Access Points

We have several Customer Access Points across the two districts, where you can visit us and speak with Council officers.

Christmas opening hours

Our Customer Access Points will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 24 December. They will reopen on Monday 30 December. Please read the information on this webpage for any changes that are specific to any of our locations.

Stowmarket

Address: 54 Ipswich Street, Stowmarket, IP14 1AD

Opening hours: Every Tuesday 10am - 5pm, every Friday 9am - 4.30pm

Please note: This service will not operate on Friday 27 December

Sudbury

Address: Sudbury Library, Market Hill, Sudbury, CO10 2EN

Opening hours: Every Monday 9am - 5pm, every Thursday 9am - 5pm

Please note: This service will not operate on Thursday 26 December

Hadleigh

Address: Hadleigh Library, 27-29 High Street, Hadleigh, IP7 5AG

Opening hours: Every Wednesday 1.30pm - 4.30pm

Please note: This service will not operate on Wednesday 25 December or Wednesday 1 January

Shotley

Address: Shotley Village Hall, The Street, Shotley, IP9 1LX

Opening hours: The last Friday of every month, from 1pm - 4pm

Please note: This service will not operate on Friday 27 December. However, it will open on Friday 10 January and then again on Friday 31 January
