Constitution and Charters

Mid Suffolk District Council has a constitution which sets out how the Council operates, how decisions are made, and the procedures which need to be followed to ensure that these decisions are efficient, transparent, and accountable to local people.

The Monitoring Officer has the delegated power to amend the constitutions in response to any changes in legislation. All amendments to the constitution will be published here when they are made.
