Don't fall for text message parking fine scam
Mid Suffolk District Council is warning residents and members of the public not to respond to a text message stating that they have received a parking fine. The text message is fake and is part of a national scam. Find out more here

2025 Stowmarket Car Park Survey
During the summer of 2025, the council invited car park users to participate in a survey. The survey asked car park users why they prefer a particular car park, how often they use it, how far they have travelled, the duration and purpose of their visit, for example, for work, shopping or leisure. We received 511 responses. Here are the results.
